A Virtual Private Server, or "VPS", is just like having a dedicated server - except that there is more than one VPS hosted on each physical server. Each Virtual Private Server is completely isolated from the other VPS on the server, and therefore, VPS owners receive "root level" access to their server. All of our Virtual Private Servers utilise an OpenVZ structure, and can be administered using the HyperVM control panel.
